About Me

I am a Computer Engineering graduate from Hasmukh Goswami College of Engineering, Gujarat Technological University, with over 3 years of professional experience at Crowe UAE — one of the top 10 global accounting and advisory firms.

My day-to-day work sits at the intersection of web management and intelligent automation. I manage the official websites of Crowe UAE and Crowe Kuwait using Sitecore CMS, ensuring they remain accurate, performant, and user-friendly at all times.

Beyond the website, I spend a significant portion of my time designing and deploying practical automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. I have built systems that have collectively saved over 800+ hours of manual effort — from IT ticketing portals that replaced chaotic email threads, to offer letter automation that handles 100+ HR documents every single month, to Power BI dashboards that give leadership instant visibility into business performance.

I also collaborated on the firm-wide ChatGPT Enterprise rollout and built custom GPTs tailored to specific department workflows — bringing generative AI into day-to-day business operations in a practical, grounded way.
